Order Size: This guarantee applies only to orders of 2 bottles or more. Orders of a single bottle are not eligible for returns under this policy.
First-Time Customers Only: The guarantee is valid exclusively for first-time purchases. Repeat orders are not covered under this policy.
Usage Requirement: Customers must use the product daily for at least 21 consecutive days within the 30-day period to be eligible for a return.
Claim Window: All claims must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Claims outside this window will not be accepted.
Return Process

Submit a Return Request:

Your full name and order number.
A written explanation of the benefits you were seeking from the product and why it did not meet your expectations.
A copy or photo of your original purchase receipt.
Requests submitted without this information will not be processed.
Return Authorization:
Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a return authorization email with further instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Product Condition:
The product must be returned in its original packaging with the bottle(s) included.
Products that do not include the original receipt or are excessively damaged beyond normal use will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Requirements:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Details

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
