Good to have a choice between olive, avocado, mct or hempseed oil.

C60 hempseed is an excellent formula that supports cellular health and provides energy. I started off with half teaspoon a day in the morning for a week or so and then upped it to a teaspoon. It tastes like olive oil. Good value for the money for this product.
