Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
During high-demand periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (U.S. only).
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
That said — if something looks off, reach out and we’ll help you track it down.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
HNP Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, HNP Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this happens:
- Check with neighbors or your local carrier
- Contact the shipping provider to file a claim
- Reach out to us — we’ll guide you through next steps
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@heavenlyc60.com with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll make it right.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
