Order Size: This guarantee applies only to orders of 2 bottles or more. Orders of a single bottle are not eligible for returns under this policy.
First-Time Customers Only: The guarantee is valid exclusively for first-time purchases. Repeat orders are not covered under this policy.
Usage Requirement: Customers must use the product daily for at least 21 consecutive days within the 30-day period to be eligible for a return.
Claim Window: All claims must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Claims outside this window will not be accepted.
Return Process

Product Condition:
